What Happens the Moment You Pay

Your payment goes through and your account sets itself up in the background. A welcome email arrives with a link into your dashboard. There is no password to choose — the link signs you in.

Check the website address on that welcome screen before anything else. If it is wrong — a typo, or the wrong one of two sites you own — tell us straight away through the contact form and we will change it before the first checks run. It is far cheaper to fix in the first minute than after a month of results have piled up against the wrong site.

The Two Things We Need From You

Two parts of the subscription cannot start until you have told us what you care about, and both live in your dashboard:

• The keywords you want to be found for. Up to 50 phrases, on the Rankings screen. Nothing is looked up until at least one is saved. How to pick them.
• The questions your customers ask an assistant. Write your own, or add the ones we suggest from the keywords you save. How the questions work.

One more is worth doing in the same sitting but is not holding anything up: your Canary Pages, which is what the daily check looks at.

What Runs, and How Often

Everything below runs on its own from here on.

• Daily rank checks — up to 50 keywords you pick, checked in Google every day; pick yours today and the first results land tonight.
• Weekly AI answers — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity asked your questions, answers kept word for word, every week on your site’s own day — your dashboard names the day. Write your own questions, or add ones we suggest from your keywords.
• Daily page checks — your Canary Pages looked at once a day, at the same time; we write only if something breaks.
• A full monthly audit — up to 250 pages re-checked every month, with one email on what changed, what got fixed, and what’s still open.

The two you will be waiting on are the audit, which arrives within a day, and the assistant answers, which land on your AI day.

When Your First Results Arrive

Your first full audit runs within a day and you get an email when it is done. That is the one that reads your whole site and gives you a score and a list of what to fix, in order.

Rank positions start appearing after the first night. The dashboard opens on an average rather than a single day, because one day’s position moves for reasons that have nothing to do with your site. The assistant answers arrive on your AI day — the first one after you save questions.

The page check writes to you only when something breaks. Silence from it is the normal, healthy state rather than a sign that nothing is running — the Alerts screen shows you what it looked at and when, whether or not it found anything.

If the Welcome Email Doesn’t Arrive

If the welcome email has not arrived within ten minutes, check your spam and promotions folders first — a message carrying links and a receipt lands there more often than in the main inbox.

You can get into the dashboard without it: the sign-in page emails a fresh link to the address the subscription is under. If neither works, write to us from the Help page inside your dashboard — that message arrives from your account, already verified.
